Your preview of your artwork will be ready within 8 business days (times do vary during Holiday/Christmas Time). Most items arrive within 2 weeks. Orders are shipped via FexEx. Items typically arrive 3-5 days after the item has shipped. International orders are shipped via First Class Mail International. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery, as packages sometimes get held up in customs.
Yes! All custom watercolor portraits will have a proof/preview to view and to approve prior to starting the printing process. I will send the proof to you within 8 business day (please note there may be longer processing times during busy times).

All artwork will come flat, ready to hang! Each print is thinly mounted on styrene board. This helps give the print more thickness and ease for framing.
All sales are final with the exception of returns due to damage, defective product, or wrong item shipped. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. The items will be exchanged and/or a replacement sent.
